Interestingly enough, The PPS club coordinator in KUL called me up yesterday to confirm that I wanted to send the miles to LH and sectors to Krisflyer for a flight I'm taking tomorrow night. She said she was reviewing (and did so regularly) all PPS member departures ex KUL for the week and saw both my FFP numbers. I don't know what to make of it or if it's a new service they provide. She guarantees me the mispostings won't happen again. Ever. We'll see...
