Unfortunately not always in my recent experiences. I seem to have had just about every combination possible

- miles to KF but not sectors (how is that possible???), miles to other FFP and no KF sectors, miles to other FFP and KF sectors, miles to wrong other FFP and ... well you get the picture.
Since I have been through SIN a
lot recently, I have also tried customer service at the lounge a couple of times. Some fixed but others not.
Gee is this trying my patience
