Like "ords" said. The only fast lane at ORD is the Global Entry line, which is well worth the money if you travel INTL a fair amount.
At essentially $20/yr. I think it makes sense even if you only travel INTL once or twice a year. On my last flight from NRT-ORD, there were probably 1000 people waiting for immigration and I walked right around them all to an empty GE kiosk.
