I've also tried email communications with SQ in SIN. Maybe six or seven email messages I have sent. Never have they responded except once. The only time they responded was after I told staff in person in the PPS center at Paragon that I sent a message but no response. But this was about a ticket issue.

Misposting also happened to me twice, once with LH and the other with UA. LH and UA handled them well. (We'll take care of it and it was taken care of swiftly to my satisfaction.)
