I agree that it is SQ's fault here as I am continually getting frustrated at how the reservations staff behave when it comes to inputting PPS Club and other FFP numbers into the booking, they simply don't understand how to do it and if they do input the number, it is in wrong format and thereby the miles go to the wrong programmes for credits.
I wish they could make this system more simplier so that problems such as these do not happen.</font>
