I'm having roughly the same problem, but KF in SIN has been totally unresponsive to my requests.
The check-in agent incorrectly entered my information, and my miles posted to KF instead of MileagePlus. I've asked them both on the phone and via e-mail to reverse the credit so that I can put in a missing mileage request with UA, but I get the following:
on the phone: we are unable to transfer your miles between programs; once they have posted, that's it. please send us an e-mail with your request.
via e-mail: no response to multiple e-mails after 10-14 days of waiting.
Any suggestions? ws8n, you seem to have had success on the phone with them. What am I doing wrong???
