And yes it does happen... some times these birds are comming in from Edmonton, Vancouver, Calgary etc, and are late getting in. Some of the birds will do the rapidair all day before they rotate to transcons are are usualy the ones on time. It sucks sure, but that is the life of the FF.

I've done it on a T fare when there was bad wx on the horizon. GAs do what they need to
and some time you even benefit.
