I think there are many issues IHG left to be explained in this website glitch. IHG should make a formal explanation why the website was down for more than 48 hours at least. In this case IHG should offer more than apology. It is their fault in IT.
My support to you. If you felt this issue could not meet your expectation. You should bring this to the consumer protection agency or the government office who is oversee service quality.
