FWIW, I don't know if it makes sense for you or not, but in Singapore, there is a Private Dinning in the First Class Lounge.

I saw the menu once and it had ready to order steak and lobster among other things.

Maybe worth getting to the airport early just to enjoy it IMHO, but not everyone agrees.
