Does AF Allow Stand-By for Earlier Flight?
Hi,

I'm booked on a cheapo (class V) ticket from CDG to ZRH. Non refundable, EUR50 change fee etc.

Question: some US airlines allow standby to earlier flight for free or modest fee, separate from ticket change. Any chance AF will do this?

If not, I have several hours at CDG. Any suggestions how to spend the time? (Sadly, I'm 800 miles short of Elite +, so no lounge).
