You will not be able to use your credit card to secure a reservation for someone else as the primary driver.

The AUS individual can be an authorized driver on the reservation, but if I recall for most credit card rental coverages, the coverages do not carry over to authorized renters unless they are a spouse, domestic partner, etc.
