The general idea of supper is that it is served after dinner. On SQ I believe they will serve you your first meal (dinner) between 2-3 hours into the flight and the supper around 1-2 hours before arrival.

You can still enjoy much rest in-between meals, and the food onboard is a must try since the lounge food can only go so far..
