But surely you posted the points in as recommendé, or recorded delivery, as it's called in English. I always used to, when I sent points in to pay the credit card fee. However, the Swiss post is pretty reliable.

Apparently it actually costs them more money to send letters by B post because they actually have to physically hold the post back from getting sent too quickly, like A post. Or so I heard. I suspect there are more chances of things getting lost with B post!
