I run on SPG for points and have rented cars myself in the states and was informed that the AMEX has a high end insurance policy that goes with the card...

I have an employee from AUS coming to the states for 2 weeks for training... Can I rent the car with my card, and have that coverage transfer to the AUS driver? as long as the rental is on that name... Or does it have to do with who is driving?
