I'll be quick since I'm in class:

*There is no lounge in CGY, but it might get one with the completion of the new airport in Laguindingan next year. The international lounge in CEB is actually pretty nice.
*Some of the cheapest booking classes will either earn no miles at all or will only earn a percentage of total miles (usually 25%). The tip is to always read the fare conditions before buying the ticket. I'm not sure about flight segments, as that was never really clear when it comes to promotions. *Some promotional fares do not allow the exercise of elite privileges (no extra baggage allowance, no mileage bonus, no lounge access, etc.). Again, read the fare conditions and, for promotional fares, the terms and conditions before booking.
*PR codeshare flights with 2P earn miles if it was booked through PAL (meaning flight numbers appear as PRxxx and not 2Pxxx).
