Unfortunately, for two adults and two kids, the rates for one night in June were:
Hotel Taylor at the Republique, quad 252 €:
Hotel Choiseul at the Opera, quad 290 €:

I need to somehow find a more affordable option... we're just going to crash there one night. I wish I had friends there, I'd love to pay them instead of a hotel

I've looked at points redemptions and the only thing I could find was 24k SPG for a suite at Le Méridien Etoile, but it's not the best location for easy access and that's a lot of SPG points to blow for one night, or so it seems.
