Just a guess, but I think SQ markets the premium class on flights to Penang as C Class (Business, NOT Raffles) so that might have been it. Or could it have been the Silkair-operated flights?
This got me thinking, how does SQ decide which classes go on which of the shortest routes? KUL gets F, PEN gets C, CGK gets F, DPS gets C and SUB gets C. Is it that KUL and CGK are considered higher-yield business centers than the others?
