Thomas Cook flights on Jazz
Hey guys,

I was wondering if miles can be earned on Thomas cook flights from Canada.
These flights are operated by Jazz, which I am under the impression also does AC express flights or something to that effect.

Can I use my elite perks while flying with Thomas Cook.
