Confused. This flight doesn't have UA codeshare yet I can't pick a seat on co.com.

On United I can "see" a plane but can't pick a seat. Yet under my confirmation # I have two seats assigned.

This flight is no longer available to book??

Am I changing planes in Tokyo? If so should I have two flight numbers?
