Wow, thanks! That's too cool that you remember me from the seminar. I hope you'll forgive me for not remembering: the seminar was a whirlwind of non-stop activities and learnings. I can't wait for the next one!

Quick, free tip: if you have or can get a Chase Freedom card, I believe it is giving 5 points per dollar for department store purchases until end of December. As you probably know, those points can be turned into UR points. So, If you buy the Sears gift cards with the Freedom card, you should get a total of 5 + 6 = 11 points per dollar, and then another 6 points per dollar when you use the gift card = 17 points per dollar! Just remember that the Freedom card has something like a $1500 limit on purchases that get 5 points.
