The SYD QF Flounge is the best airline lounge I've used, bar none. It's a combination of facilities, food, drinks, ambience and view. I think it's the only airline lounge for which I would be prepared deliberately to schedule a 10-hour connection.
That does surprise me....I didn't have you down as a
Genius1 type lounge loiterer.
We had the maximum time allowed in the lounge for check-in passengers and weren't really sorry when boarding was called......in fact I think we left earlier than we needed to in order that my wife have one last look at the Ugg boots.
The views are certainly the best part of a visit there but the rest of it was quite unmemorable I have to say.
