But hey, we all know the TSA is ADA-compliant and happy to be of kind, friendly, helpful customer service to passengers with disabilities.
There MUST be a way to challenge this -- OSHA, EPA, GAO, DOJ, DHS IG as a minimum. Anybody have any ideas???
