I flew a CO trip recently and got my credit for two segments (of 3) to my US account. But, as expected, not for CO Connection-Gulfstream.

Is is possible to submit to CO to get credit for that one missing segment in the OnePass program? Or is it just one program per trip? The trip was just a one-way.
