QF has stated this in their annual report, their statutory accounts and many ASX filings. If the executive and the baord who signed off on these accounts lied or intended to mislead this is a criminal offence. There is precedent for may a business person being jailed for this with the most recent I can remember being Rodney Adler.

If any party, including the unions or the government, can prove the fact your are quoting above they would have their wish and AJ, the board and the despised executives will not only be out but in jail.

Fact that no one has managed to prove this other than imply this on internet discussion boards leads me to believe this is actually the case.
