I'm sorry to say, but you probably won't even earn miles for those fare class even with China Eastern or China Southern FF programs.

X is their most discounted fare. I know these don't earn miles on domestic flights. I'm not sure about Q. But I didn't see that listed as mileage earning on their web site.
