The ￥5000 lounge access is part of the ANA MyChoice thing, which applies to international lounges. ￥5000 is no way worth it for a domestic lounge. However, there is a MyMhoice lounge entry option when flying domestically from Haneda - needs to be booked in advance and it's ￥3000. Linky
And if I were you I'd save your money (unless it's after noon and you want to drink 3,000 JPY worth of free booze) -- although it's a pleasant environment, the domestic lounge is nothing to write home about...
