Yep - as ordnhkg pointed out earlier, you can no longer visit *A lounges on United Club a day membership, although I believe full members on same day *A flights can.

The ￥5000 lounge access is part of the ANA MyChoice thing, which applies to international lounges. ￥5000 is no way worth it for a domestic lounge. However, there is a MyMhoice lounge entry option when flying domestically from Haneda - needs to be booked in advance and it's ￥3000. Linky
