The NFL moved the game to a 4:15 pm start, so that would change my travel plans to leave Detroit Sunday morning and stay Sunday night. That opens up more properties for at the same point level:

Hotel Indigo Gold Coast
Crowne Plaza Magnificent Mile
HI Express Magnificent Mile

Any of those a better choice than the HI Mart Plaza?
