I think a few of us have been a bit harsh on C-130.
You have the right to expect the very highest level of service when travelling in First.
You have all the right to be displeased if the service is not up to the advertized level.
We can all fail from time to time, but when this happens, any complaint should be taken seriously.
I'm glad that in the end BA have handled the matter well, though it did take to long, but I hope they've now adressed the issues C-130 had.
