At the moment, a person with BA-registered address in "Europe, but not UK" has a lower level of TP needed to make Gold / Silver. For Gold you normally need 1500 points, but if living in "Europe but not UK" you need only 800.

On this board "Europe but not UK" is usually referred to as EU (as in ex-EU flights) or Euro (as in EuroGold).

Note however that the EuroGold/EuroSilver difference is being eliminated 1 March 2012. Those already in the system will be protected for 2 renewals post 1 March 2012.
