Ah of course, how could I forget.

Related to the previous posts, I was on a KE flight YNJ-ICN last year and while they obviously spoke Korean as the primary language, there was a lot of languages being thrown around by passengers and FAs because it was sometimes hard to tell who was South Korean, ethnic Korean Chinese, Chinese or mixed. I spoke with one of the FAs in Chinese, Korean and English just for the sake of it. If those FAs had trouble distinguishing between Chinese and Koreans, I have a hard time to believe an FA on SQ (or any other carrier) could distinguish between a HK-er, TW-ese and SG Chinese. Mainlanders are usually easier to spot.
