not knowing if this is the right place to ask, I will start here (and kindly ask Mr B Watson to move the thread if he feels that it does not belong here)

Would the following be advisable / doable.

On a RTW flying from NRT on SQ 12 to LAX and then connecting to LH 457 with a transfer time of 3:45 in March and 2:05 in April ? I assume the first should be fine - but what about roughly 2 hrs ?
Am travelliing F if that would make difference - and would check luggage through - not knowing if I would need to pass customs nevertheless ?
