BDL - Always a great upgrade... if I pick up in the afternoon/night.

Morning pick ups are very hit or miss. I think this is because the afternoon/night shift is more attentive to customer status when selecting cars. I've rented approx 25 times from BDL this year and common afternoon/night upgrades are from F to Chevy Traverse, Buick Enclave, Volvo S-80, Caddy (usually DTS). Morning pick up upgrades from F are often Malibu with sat radio, Jeep Compass, Grand Marquis, Nissan Rogue.

DFW - 3 rentals in last 2 months, reserved F and got F with sat radio.
