So I have given it a try - and I am very impressed how fast the miles were credited:

- Ordered miles online on Friday, Oct, 28
- Sent in KeyClub points by mail on Saturday, Oct, 29 - so they would have reached the recipient on Monday, Oct, 31
- Miles were credited to my M&M account on Monday, Oct, 31, already!
