Personally, if this job interview is important to you, I would try to arrive in Toronto the evening before, get a hotel and have a good nights rest before the big interview. Showing up at 9am with the possibility no or little sleep from the night before is not a good first impression. Factoring in things like weather and delays in arriving on time and getting down town in the morning are a bit risky. If this job is important to you, then spend a couple hundred on a room and be fresh and on time for the morning.
