I live in Nashville and can confirm there is definitely no true luxury hotels in 'nooga (or in Nashville, for that matter....). The Sheraton rooms are OK in the old (but renovated) part of the hotel, but the tower is the same as any other Sheraton. The Bluff View Inn would be a decent B&B option. Eat at The Blue Plate, especially breakfast.
