So did you or didn't you have any face to face dealings with BA on arrival back at London? At the time you seemed to think you had, and were praising as good customer service the 15k miles the manager gave you, along with a cheque for £600 (or was it cash???) and a bit of seat shifting on the flight to Glasgow.
Now you're praising as good customer service the fact they said they'd get back to you in 6 weeks.
