Best strategy for Jetlag when flying from U.S. to Japan
I would like to ask the experts who have done many transpacific trips to Japan from America.
I will be flying to Tokyo from Chicago on Business class and the the flight gets in to Tokyo at 4:20PM which is 2:20 AM Chicago time.
I may be able to sleep about 4 hours on the plane so does it make sense to stay up late about until midnight (tokyo time) and then force myself to sleep or try to go to bed early around 8PM and get up early?
What's the best strategy?
