19A seems to be quieter than 19K (perhaps because its in front of the stairwell wall?) - still noiser than say row 17 forwards. 11A or 11K quite good for the extra legroom - easy to get past passenger in the aisle seat if the flight is full, although the side bins (and overhead bin?) are much smaller due to the curve.
