DUB just had more of a feel for operations at LHR (and where necessary knew who contact to get things done) - Dallas (understandably) does not have that specialist knowledge of LHR.
Agreed. I always found that the Dublin desk was better than the US desk for those of us based in London. I will miss the Dublin desk and their excellent customer service.
