Sometimes I really fail to understand the defensiveness on this board. If you read the OP he singles out the JFK ground crew for generous praise. His complaints relate to aspects of the service (escort to seat, dine when you want, turndown) which are clearly advertised and which seem not to have been delivered. I just cannot see why that makes him a DYKWIA.
