This question is merely a feint by Baron du Vallon de Bracieux de Smisek. COdbaUA loves to sell as many E/PQMs as it can, and would jump for joy if some fool wanted to buy 100,000 of 'em! There will be no limit on their purchase. Indeed, I still predict their purchase will become more straightforward. That is, no kabuki dance pretending to book a flight merely to buy E/PQMs and then cancel the flight.
