Sorry. But the majority of hotels (across all brands) are franchised properties. If SPG, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and Radisson can dictate to all of their properties worldwide that internet is free for Golds and Plats, and free for all at Radissons, then I don't see how IHG can play the "they're franchises" card as an excuse for not doing so.
