Hm, I'm surprised there's so much positivity. I've always had pretty lousy staff on the phone from Dublin, enough that I'd rather Skype to call the US EXP desk versus use Dublin. Not to mention it's an 0808 number which is always chargeable on mobiles, making a long call prohibitively expensive.
Same here, too many incidents of poor service or incompetent handling of my reservations in Dublin, so I moved to using the Dallas EXP desk where the service has always been excellent.
