is this normal being denied access to Koru Lounge on arrival?

I'm GE on AirNZ, and thought I'd grab a quick snack on arriving in Auckland domestic as I didn't get a chance to get something on my departure

Lady at the front of AirNZ Koru lounge was pretty rude about not letting me in and saying this is a departure lounge not arrival. It was a Sunday and I could see the lounge was pretty empty.

This hasn't been a problem for me before, is this something new?
