I just want our darn certs be delivered on the time schedule as promised!

The reminder emails told us that the certs would come in the week of our anniversary dates which have come and gone (10/26) and no email has ever come yet.

You would think the week would start from Sunday / Monday...

I will call them Monday morning so if I have to escalate, someone with more power could be found. I do want / need to use at least one cert for a stay on Nov 21 at IC HKG if I can help it.
