Buy a *A paid lounge membership and a refundable *A flight or a refundable *A C/F ticket and you'll be good to go!
oh yeah. i think this will be a little too much work for what it's worth. ANyways since I am flying out of T2, I can always use the shower room for 500 yen (t2 ones are better than t1)and pay to eat.. I won't die without lounge access. I do get to use the Haneda lounge though since earlier in my trip I will be flying C to SIN.. ^
