Kingfisher is a Sky Team member. Should Jet Airways get access to Sky Team in the future, at that time you would be able to book tickets through them.
You can redeem Skymiles on jet Airways, but they are very stingy.
Just the other day, DM line tried book an itinerary that involved a segment on Jet Airways. Jet airways showed no availability.
