Using British Air Miles to Book On Partner Airline Alaska
I have been making test searches for two roundtrip award seats using BA miles for a flight
from PDX to LAX next year on Alaska Airlines. I can never seem to find any availability when
searching via British Air's website for just about any dates I try. The actual dates I want just
became available on BA's web calendar but when I key in the dates and routing I get nothing. (As usual)
I am assuming perhaps Alaska doesn't release award seats to their partners this early if at all(?)
I am curious if anyone has some experience using BA miles with Alaska or some insight as
to how best to get award seats using BA miles with their partners.
Appreciate anyone's valuable comments.
