One clarification, PMCO has a version of the 764 that operates to Hawaii and other islands in the Pacific. It is known by the designation 76H.
This version has a cabin with 20 BF seats (instead of the usual 35) and is not receiving the lie-flat upgrade.
Very occasionally, this plane will be assigned to non Hawaiian (and non Polynesian routes).
